Thursday, July 16, 7:15pm Doors, 7:30pm Screening
Warrandyte Mechanics Institute Hall, Warrandyte, Melbourne, Australia

THIS THURSDAY NIGHT JULY 16, MECHANICS HALL:
A 90 min US production investigating the true cost of our dependence on coal. It’s valuable background to the current battle raging in Australia: On the one hand a dogged political leadership intent on propping up coal by destroying our emerging solar & wind alternatives and on the other hand a community overwhelmingly committed to renewables to urgently lead the process of change.

Introducing and connecting the dots between the Movie and our battle is Julian Vincent, lead campaigner at Market Forces, the not for profit has been successful in persuading banks and financial institutions to divest from investing in coal projects
such as the Galilee Basin.

Gold coin gratefully appreciated.
Wine and Cheese provided. No need to book!
